Our Services

To achieve the best outcome for your next building project it is essential to work with an experienced and professional team. CBL provide highly skilled and experienced builders and trades people that deliver outstanding results.
Renovations and Additions

CBL will turn your renovation dreams into reality. We transform homes to draw out the original character beauty, modernise or combine both to revitalise your property and add significant value. We have well developed systems and processes to support minor additions to major conversions that ensure efficiency and the realisation of your vision. If you would like further information regarding renovations and additions, please get in touch with us.

New Builds

We are licensed building practitioners and are aligned with the NZ Certified Builders Association to give you instant peace of mind and the knowledge that we are trustworthy and capable of building your new home. We have completed many successful new builds over the decades and always establish positive working relationships with architects and other trades. If you would like further information regarding new builds, please get in touch with us.

Recladding

Many homes built in the past 20 years suffer from weather-tightness issues and cladding failures. We want to assure you that re-cladding and repairs for weather-tightness is a process we have undertaken many times. We can show you examples of other projects, including before and after photos to help in discussing your particular situation. If you would like further information regarding the re-cladding process, please get in touch with us.

Voluntary

The team at CBL are passionate about voluntary work and giving back to the community. We believe in being generous to the less fortunate and showing compassion in a practical way to those in need. An example of this is our work in the Philippines where we arrange several trips each year to support building projects for community buildings and homes that have been damaged by natural disasters. We contribute our building knowledge, tools, organisational capabilities and teaching skills to build more resilient buildings and up-skill the local people to undertake more effective maintenance.
